This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all training programs, workshops, acting classes, filmmaking courses, multimedia training, post-production programs, portfolio shoots, photography services, digital learning products, and other educational services offered by EFT Skills India, a brand operated by EVERY FRIDAY TELEFILMS PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U90009MH2023PTC407286).
By registering, enrolling, booking, or making payment for any service through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Participants may request cancellation by contacting our support team through official communication channels.
Submission of a cancellation request does not automatically qualify a participant for a refund.
Refund eligibility is determined based on the type of service purchased and the stage of service delivery.
Refund requests submitted before enrollment processing, seat allocation, batch assignment, scheduling, or activation of services may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Where applicable, administrative charges, payment gateway charges, banking charges, taxes, and processing fees may be deducted.
Once any of the following activities have been completed:

Accordingly, payments made toward such confirmed services shall ordinarily not be eligible for cancellation, reversal, or refund.

EFT Skills India reserves the right to modify schedules, trainers, faculty, venues, formats, or program structures for operational reasons.
Such modifications shall not ordinarily constitute grounds for refund.
In cases where a program is permanently cancelled by the Company and no suitable alternative is available, the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer rescheduling, credit adjustment, or refund where appropriate.
Where a refund is approved by the Company, the amount may be processed through the original payment method within approximately 7–15 business days, subject to banking institutions and payment gateway settlement timelines.
Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes through banks or payment providers.
The Company reserves the right to contest chargebacks using enrollment records, payment confirmations, communication records, attendance logs, and service delivery documentation.
